Texas Slop
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 cups Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 stick butter
- 2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
Combine and simmer 30 minutes. Can be stored for weeks in the refrigerator. "Slop" on ribs, chicken, maybe even fish.
