Spinach Balls
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 2 cups herb stuffing mix
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- ½ cup melted butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon Accent
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Form into walnut-sized balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350°. (These can be assembled and frozen uncooked for later use.) Serve warm.
