Great Potato Salad #2
- 4 cups potatoes, cubed and boiled
- one 16 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped green olives
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¾-1 cup mayonnaise
Mix potatoes, beans, celery, olives and eggs together in a large bowl. Blend spices into mayonnaise. Stir mayonnaise mixture into other ingredients until everything is evenly coated. Chill.
