Ruth's Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1½ cup canola or vegetable oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 12 twists freshly ground pepper
Mix all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using. (Make sure lettuce is dry or the dressing won't stick.)
Serves 12-15.
