Miss O's Christmas Cheese

1 lb. soft cheddar cheese (Miss O used Tally-Ho)
1 stick butter, softened
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
tobasco to taste
2 tablespoons red wine
1 small onion, chopped
chopped pecans, toasted

Let cheese and butter stand at room temperature until soft. Cream together. Add onion. Add worcesterchire, mustard, tobasco and wine. Mix thoroughly and place in serving dish or divide into 8 oz. containers. Top with toasted pecan pieces.
